Guidance from Elite Swimmers: The Subi Sports Sista's had the chance to share their wisdom with Noah and Charlotte, ambassadors from Perth Children's Hospital Foundation. It was a reminder that greatness is not achieved alone but through the support and guidance of those who have walked the path before.

Remedial Massage Treatments:  In the days before the swim, the Subi Sports Sista's and the Subi Sports Steam Team received remedial massage treatments at Subi Sports Massage and Physio. It was a chance to soothe the body and calm the mind, preparing the athletes for the Port to Pub race.

The Race: Subi Sistas and the Steam Team plunged into the waters, their strokes slicing through the waves with purpose and precision. Every stroke was a testament to their strength, their resilience, and their training. It was a long swim, with seamless change overs.

The celebrations that followed were nothing short of epic, filled with laughter and cheers. Rottnest Island provided the perfect location for a well-deserved victory dinner, surrounded by their fellow athletes and the breath-taking beauty of their surroundings.

Recovery: Subi Sports had 8 remedial massage therapists ready at the finish line to provide recovery treatments to all the amazing athletes who completed the swim. It was a busy day of massage treatments, but was wonderful to provide recovery help to those who needed it after a long swim!

In the end, the journey to Rottnest Island was about more than just a swim; it was a testament to the power of perseverance, teamwork, and the unwavering belief that anything is possible with dedication and passion.
