Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy uses manual and exercise-based techniques to reduce your pain and get you back to doing the things you enjoy! We help you improve your range of movement, strength and coordination, reduce stiffness drastically speed up the recovery process. Physiotherapy can assist you in understanding your problem and giving you the advice on how to best deal with it. Our physiotherapists are experts in resolving injuries, reducing recurrence of problems and improving your quality of life.

Our Physiotherapists work closely with Subi Sports’ excellent soft-tissue therapists to help achieve patients’ optimal outcomes.

We offer Bulk Billing Physiotherapy services to those with a GP referred CARE plan

Gretta Adolph - Senior Physiotherapist

​

Gretta is a Masters qualified Sports Physiotherapist, finishing her postgraduate studies at Curtin in 2020. She now has 9 years of experience as a Physio. 

​

Approachable, confident and always professional, Gretta is passionate about improving clients’ quality of life and helping get them back to the activities that matter to them. Gretta has worked with athletes competing in a range of sports as well as recreationally active people. Gretta is highly skilled at assessing and treating soft-tissue and joint pain, sporting injuries particularly painful tendons, post-surgical rehabilitation, exercise programs and persistent or chronic pain. Additional skills include taping and dry needling. Gretta loves keeping fit in the outdoors and is a qualified matwork and reformer Pilates instructor, teaching at the Subiaco clinic.

We accept Motor Vehicle accident, Workers Compensation claims, Department of Veteran's Affairs & GP (medicare) Care Plans with the Physio.

Megan Glass - Senior Physiotherapist

​

Megan graduated from Notre Dame University in 2013 and has recently returned to practice after having two children. Compassionate and professional, Megan is passionate about improving the quality of life of her clients and helping them get back to full function. She is driven to empower clients of all ages and backgrounds, from new mums to grandparents, athletes to weekend warriors.

Megan treats all musculoskeletal injuries including but not limited to back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain, including pre and post surgical interventions. She is experienced in dry needling and pilates, incorporating exercise rehabilitation into clients programs. She works with the client to look at all contributing factors and getting to the root cause of their concern, liaising with their other practitioners as required.

Lauren McKay - Physiotherapist

Lauren is from Perth, and completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle. Lauren is attentive to detail, personable and committed to her patients goals. She uses a combination of hands on treatment, and rehabilitative exercises to help her patients to achieve a better quality of life.

​

Lauren enjoys working with all types of injuries and conditions of the musculoskeletal patient population whether that be the general or sporting population. She continually seeks to grow her knowledge and skills within this area and stay relevant with current research and evidence.  

​

Outside of Physiotherapy Lauren enjoys the gym, pilates and is a lover of the ocean. She particularly enjoys going surfing and watching a west coast sunset.

Jessica Walker - Physiotherapist

​

Jess is a three-time Olympian with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Hons) from the UK. As a qualified Physiotherapist, Jess also specialises in teaching Pilates to both group classes and individuals. Drawing on extensive experience as an Olympian and now a retired elite athlete, Jess brings a unique perspective to physiotherapy and massage treatment, understanding the demands of high-level performance and the importance of tailored rehabilitation. Passionate about promoting exercise and movement, Jess is dedicated to helping people discover enjoyable and sustainable physical activities, emphasising the importance of moving well for a healthier life.


Recently relocated to Perth from the UK, Jess enjoys Australian coffee and the warmer weather. She loves running, going to the gym, and practising Pilates. With a long career as an elite athlete, Jess is passionate about maintaining her own fitness and health.
